Program Guidelines
Important information regarding participation, rewards and payments.
PEAQ Voices members can earn up to 15% commission on successful referrals made through their personal referral link.
Commissions are calculated based on the net value of completed orders, excluding shipping costs, taxes, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.
Member of PEAQ Voices may not use paid search advertising, coupon websites, cashback platforms or other promotional methods that may conflict with the interests of the brand without prior written approval from PEAQ.
Rewards & Promotions
From time to time, PEAQ may offer additional incentives, exclusive rewards or limited-time promotions to selected PEAQ Voices. Participation in such promotions is subject to the specific terms communicated at that time.
Changes to Commission Rates
PEAQ reserves the right to adjust commission rates, exclude specific products from commission eligibility, introduce special commission campaigns or modify the commission structure at any time.
Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the PEAQ Voices platform or via email.
Brand Representation
PEAQ Voices are expected to represent the brand in a professional, authentic and respectful manner that aligns with the values of PEAQ.
Any misleading, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise harmful behaviour may result in the immediate suspension or termination of a PEAQ Voice account.
Membership Approval & Removal
Participation in PEAQ Voices is subject to approval by PEAQ. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
PEAQ reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove any applicant or member at its sole discretion and without prior notice if their actions, content, behaviour or public image are deemed not to be in the best interest of the brand.
Participation in the program does not create any entitlement to future commission rates, rewards, promotions or continued participation.
Program Changes
PEAQ may modify, pause or discontinue the PEAQ Voices program, in whole or in part, at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Report
Commissions are tracked and reported through the PEAQ Voices dashboard.
Payouts
Commission payouts are processed monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month.
To receive commission payments, members must register a valid Swiss debit card in their PEAQ Voices profile. The debit card must be registered in the member's own name prior to payout.
The minimum payout amount is CHF 20. Any unpaid balance below CHF 20 will automatically roll over to the next payment period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
PEAQ is not responsible for delayed or failed payments resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or outdated payment information.
PEAQ reserves the right to withhold commission payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations or any activity deemed contrary to the interests of the brand.
