1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by PEAQ Nutrition AG, Bärenplatz 8, 3001 Bern, hello@peaqhydration.com.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are resident in Switzerland. Employees of the organizer and any persons involved in the conception or implementation of the giveaway are excluded from participation.

3. Giveaway Period

The start and end of the giveaway are communicated in the respective giveaway announcement. Only entries submitted within the communicated period will be considered.

4. Participation

Participation takes place as described in the respective giveaway announcement on the organizer’s website and/or social media channels. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be excluded. Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

5. Prize

The prize(s) will be communicated in the respective giveaway announcement on the organizer’s website and/or social media channels. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner(s) will be selected at random after the end of the giveaway period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner(s) will be notified as communicated in the respective giveaway announcement on the organizer’s website and/or social media channels. If no response is received within 2 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. The data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after completion of the giveaway unless statutory retention obligations apply. 9. Liability

The organizer accepts no liability for technical issues that may affect or prevent participation. Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

If the giveaway is conducted via a social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the respective platform. The sole responsible party is the organizer of the giveaway.

11. Final Provisions

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances so require. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer.
