RETURN & REFUND POLICY (PEAQ Nutrition AG / Switzerland)


OVERVIEW

We want you to be fully satisfied with your PEAQ purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple return policy in line with Swiss standards.


RETURNS

If you would like to return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at shop@peaqhydration.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used bottles
  • Items not in their original condition

Sale items are also non-returnable unless defective.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will normally be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact shop@peaqhydration.com.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at shop@peaqhydration.com with a description and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
